Pay an invoice
Settle a parking notice in minutes. Look up what's owed, pay online, and you're done. If something doesn't look right, you have every right to appeal instead — no pressure either way.
Start with your plate or notice number.
Enter either one to see your visit and what's owed. You can pay right from the next screen — no account required.
Prefer not to pay yet? You can appeal this notice instead — paying is never required to be heard.
A plain explanation, not an accusation.
This is a gateless lot, so there's no arm and no ticket. Here's what a notice usually means.
When you entered and left, our cameras read your license plate. A notice goes out when a visit looks unpaid or overstayed — the plate on the lot didn't get matched to a completed payment for the time the car was parked. Often that's a simple miss, and it's easy to settle or clear up.
- We read plates, not faces.
- The plate ties a car to one parking visit.
- If a visit is unpaid, DMV records may be used only to mail this notice — never for marketing.
- Every visit is timestamped, so an error is easy to find and fix.
Then let's get it cleared.
If you paid that day, paid twice, or have a receipt, you shouldn't owe anything more. We'll reconcile it with you.
Forward your confirmation or receipt and we'll match it to the visit. If it's already covered, the notice is closed — no second payment.
Contact us about a payment →If you're unsure whether the payment went through, reach out before paying again. A person will look at the visit with you and tell you exactly where it stands.
Or file an appeal →Pay if you owe it. Appeal if you don't.
We'd rather get it right than just get it paid. You can settle a notice in minutes, or tell us why you think it's wrong and a person will review it. There's no penalty for asking, and you're always treated with respect.
The things people ask about a notice.
Where do I find my notice number?+
It's printed on the notice you received — on the windshield, by mail, or by text. You can also just enter your license plate to pull up the visit. Either one works.
What if I think this is a mistake?+
You have the right to appeal, and we'd rather you did than pay something you don't owe. Tell us what happened and we'll review it. Paying is never required to file an appeal.
I already paid for parking that day — why a notice?+
Sometimes a payment doesn't fully go through, the plate didn't match, or the time ran a little over. If you have a receipt or confirmation, send it our way and we'll reconcile it — no need to pay twice.
Did you look up who owns my car?+
Only because this visit went unpaid, and only to reach you. When a visit isn't paid, the registered owner is identified through DMV records — as the law (the DPPA) allows — solely to mail this notice. We read plates, not faces, and we never use that information for marketing or share it with the paived.io network.
Can I pay this without creating an account?+
Yes. Look up your notice and pay online — no account or app needed. If you'd like a copy of your receipt and history later, you can sign in for that.
Who do I talk to if I have a question?+
Reach out and a person will help you sort it out. Every visit is matched to a plate and timestamped, so it's straightforward for us to pull up exactly what happened.
