For parkers

Think it’s wrong?
Tell us.

If you got a notice that doesn't look right, you don't have to just accept it or fight a wall. Send us an appeal and we'll give it a real, fair review — the plate read, the session record, and your side.

How an appeal works

Three steps. A person at the end of it.

No phone trees, no form that disappears into a void. Here's exactly what happens after you hit submit.

Step 1
Submit your appeal

Tell us your plate, the notice number, and why you think it's wrong. Add anything that backs you up — it takes a few minutes, and you don't need an account.

Step 2
We review the record

We pull the plate read, your session record, and the evidence you sent, and put them side by side. A person looks at it — not just a rule, and not a faceless queue.

Step 3
You get a decision

We tell you what we found and what happens next, in plain language. If the notice was wrong, we make it right. If it stands, you'll understand exactly why.

What helps your case

Bring whatever you’ve got.

You don't need all of this — anything that shows where you were and when makes the review faster and stronger.

  • A payment receipt — from the app, GuestPay, or anywhere else you paid.
  • Photos of your car, the signage, or where you were parked.
  • The dates and times of your visit, if you remember them.
  • The notice number, so we can find the exact event we're looking at.
  • A permit, validation, or anything that shows you were allowed to be there.
Good to know
Appeal by the date on your notice

You have until the date shown on your notice to appeal. After that, the notice is settled — so if something looks off, send it in sooner rather than later.

Submitting an appeal pauses the clock on that notice while we look at it, so you're never penalized for asking us to check.

Our commitment

A fair review, every time.

An appeal isn't a formality. It's a real second look — and we hold ourselves to the same standard whether the answer helps us or not.

We start from the evidence

The plate read and the session record are timestamped, so we're working from what actually happened — not a guess and not your word against ours.

Grace is built in

A short stop, a moment lining up to pay, an honest mix-up — we account for real life, not just the strict letter of a timer.

We make it right when we're wrong

If the record shows the notice shouldn't have been issued, we cancel it and tell you why. One accountable team — not a vendor to blame.

Common questions

Before you file.

What if I already paid?+

If you paid and still got a notice, that's exactly the kind of thing an appeal sorts out fast. Send your receipt and we'll match it to your visit and clear it.

Will appealing cost me anything?+

No. Submitting an appeal is free, and asking us to take a second look never makes anything worse.

How long does a review take?+

We aim to come back to you quickly. Because every visit is matched to a plate and timestamped, we can usually pull up exactly what happened without a long back-and-forth.

What if my appeal is denied?+

You'll get a clear explanation of what the record showed and why, plus the option to pay. If something still doesn't add up, you can write back — a real person reads it.

I'd rather just pay — can I?+

Of course. If you'd rather settle the notice instead of appealing, you can pay it in a couple of minutes from your phone.

Just park, scan, and pay.
