Do I need a tag or pass?+
No. Your license plate is your pass. Drive in and out of your Level lot and the system recognizes you automatically.
When am I billed?+
Your plan renews automatically on the same date each month. You'll have your plan details in the app. A renewal does not guarantee a parking space.
Can I change my plan or location?+
Yes. Update your rate or switch to a different Level lot from the app whenever your routine changes.
