Is this a Level Parking product?+
No. Hands-free payments are provided by paived.io, Inc. — a separate sister company that runs a neutral identity and payments network for vehicle commerce. Level operates the lot and runs the parking platform; paived provides the payments rail at participating locations.
Is it live at every Level lot?+
Not yet. Live at 2 Level locations now, rolling out to 10 by the end of 2026. At every other Level location, you pay the ordinary way — scan the sign, use the app, or pay by text with GuestPay.
Do I have to use it?+
No. Hands-free payments are opt-in. Until you enroll with paived, nothing changes — you keep paying for parking on arrival.
How do I turn it off?+
Turn hands-free payments off anytime at paived.io/account, or contact info@lvlparking.com. You can stop the hands-free charges without leaving the paived.io network entirely.
