The platform

Handled with discipline.

Trust is operated, not advertised. Here's exactly how payments, plate data, enforcement records, and ownership are handled — stated plainly, including the work that's still in progress.

How we handle it

The principles we actually hold to.

No buzzwords, no claims we can't stand behind. Four things you can hold us to.

Payments
Cards go to the processor

Card payments run through a PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. We don't store raw card numbers on our own systems — the people whose job is card data handle the card data.

Plates, not faces
We read plates, not people

Enforcement works from license plates — not facial recognition. We don't build biometric or facial profiles of drivers. It's a sign-and-camera system, not surveillance of who's behind the wheel.

Access-controlled
Enforcement records are gated

Violation and enforcement records sit behind role-based access, with a grace window and human review before a charge stands. The people who can see them are the people who need to.

Your data
You own it, you can take it

The revenue, occupancy, and session data your asset produces belongs to you — exportable on demand, with no lock-in. That's a written guarantee, not a setting we can change later.

Enforcement, with a check on it

A grace window and a human before any charge.

Plate-based enforcement is only fair if there's a check before it bites. There is.

  • Plates drive enforcement — no facial recognition, no biometric profiles.
  • A grace window before an overstay or non-payment becomes a violation.
  • Human review stands behind a charge before it goes out.
  • Enforcement records are role-gated — visible only to the people who need them.
Where we're still building

In progress — and we'll say so.

Formal security and privacy review with counsel is ongoing, and a SOC 2 program is in progress rather than complete. We'd rather tell you what's underway than imply a posture we haven't earned yet. If you need to see specifics for a deal, ask — we'll walk your team through where things stand.

Your data, yours

Ownership and export, in writing.

The performance record your asset produces is yours. You can pull it whenever you want, in formats you can actually use, and it leaves with you if you ever leave us.

  • Export revenue, occupancy, and session data on demand.
  • No lock-in — your data is portable, start to finish.
  • Card data stays with a PCI-DSS Level 1 processor, not on our systems.
  • One accountable team to answer for how any of it is handled.

One platform. One accountable team. Every lot we run.
