Most of our lots are gateless — no arm, no paper ticket. Here's what a charge usually means.
When you entered and left, our cameras read your license plate. A charge goes out when a visit looks unpaid or overstayed — the plate on the lot didn't get matched to a completed payment for the time the car was parked. Often that's a simple miss, and it's easy to settle or clear up.

Where do I find my notice or charge number?+
It's printed on the notice you received — on your windshield, by mail, or by text. A charge number looks like NF-2026-000123; a notice number from our payment partner looks like 000-008-967. If you don't have it handy, just search by your license plate instead.
Why are there two places to pay?+
Level Parking runs enforcement on more than one platform depending on the location. This page checks both for you and sends you to the right one — so you don't have to guess.
Do I need an account to pay?+
No. Look up your charge and pay online — no account or app needed. You can sign in later if you'd like a copy of your receipt and history.
What if I think this is a mistake?+
You have every right to appeal, and we'd rather you did than pay something you don't owe. Once you pull up your charge, you can dispute it right from that page. Paying is never required to be heard.
I already paid for parking that day — why a charge?+
Sometimes a payment doesn't fully go through, the plate didn't match, or the time ran a little over. Pull up your charge and appeal with your receipt or confirmation, and we'll reconcile it — no need to pay twice.
Did you look up who owns my car?+
Only when a visit goes unpaid, and only to reach you. We read plates, not faces. When a visit isn't paid, the registered owner is identified through DMV records — as the law (the DPPA) allows — solely to mail a notice, never for marketing. See our License Plate & Camera Privacy Notice for details.
