If the lot is full, closed, or inaccessible, contact support for a full refund of the amount paid to Level Parking for that reservation, including applicable taxes and fees.
Level Parking does not reimburse replacement parking, transportation, or other expenses, except where required by law. This policy applies to reservations purchased after the October 9, 2026 policy update was published. Earlier bookings remain subject to the terms and policy applicable when purchased.
